Just got a call from MY grandma during my last hour at work-

"My computer is broken, and i need you to fix it... I.. I think its my software?.. I think its corrupt?.... And it's tellin' me to do all these things and i just have no idea what its tellin me to do... So now I can't get to my email. "


Lol- phone support just doesnt work w/ old people... so i'ma have to head that way this weekend probably..
