Damn toothache

Anyone wanna trade for a headache? Out of a sudden this big pain shows up. I've taken a few pills but they doesn't seem to help. Also tried a couple of eggs with a load of pepper... Only thing left is to pour up a schnaps and just wash wash wash on the bad tooth and down the throat with it... I just don't feel like having schnaps right now... Damn.

Any advice is greatly appreciated

you may have an abscess. maybe a root canal is in order with some anti biotics, that'll fix ya up.

Root treatment hurts the wallet as much as me, right now, but I'd give anything, I can't sleep... Maybe time for that bitter schnaps to kill that pain.

I have a bad feeling that the schnaps was just anaesthesia for that tooth...
Oh well it helped for now, I better go to sleep and hope I don't fucking wake up a couple hours from now..

Ora-gel can be your temporary friend but ultimately it sounds like you need to go get a filling STAT before it becomes something even worse (root canal AHHH!!!)

if its so bad that you cannot sleep then its probably not a cavity. does it feel like there is pressure in there? if so then i think you need a root canal. i have gone through the root canal process myself, four times, and i must say it aint that bad unless you are a little girl about that kinda stuff. the first prick of the needle hurts a bit but after a minute or two you will notice them jamming that needle deep and you wont feel a thing. that alone is better than feeling the pain you are in. then after they drill the hole and start using the file to get that shit out you will smell some nasty bacteria shit. its awesome. you gotta do it man.
