GRRR Stupid Comp and connection

When you are all into your game and they you lose your connection. I was Squad Leading and we were holding off the enemies until BAM not only did I lose connection to the server this time the Whole game SHUT OFF.. MOTHER Flippin CRap.. Gosh DArn Piece of Poop.

Get a better comp/connection lol? Or just deal with it, but that never really fixes the problem now does it?

Gaaaaaaaah! I am right there with ya dusty. I was sqauding with some guys from Montana and Michigan the other night on 2142 and they had better latency to the texas servers than I did. I chose to live out of town and that is my fault as far as internet goes but son of a blastin heck my 1.5meg connection could at least have better latency. They could also keep the connection up for more than 20 minutes in a shot would be fracking nice.

Freaking ISP's just out to suck up the dollars and make us suffer through it. Where is gamerail when you need them, oh yeah they went under (crap bastards). :5

Eh, I can sympathize with her, ficet. I have wireless and when it's working ..it's GREAT. (Like, VROOM VROOM fast....2 megs up/down.) However, if the weather starts acting up and knocks the antenna out of alignment with the radio tower ...it all goes to hell in a handbasket. That's why my connection is all wonky right now. My ISP always tries to blame it on my PC first, though.

Yeah... it really does suck when you get disconnected just as you're about to cap the point, or you're an engy and you JUST finished setting up
