unless you have a medical condition where you can't help it (rare as fuck) you shoudlnt be fat.

You cant force people to not be fat. Because that means you have to force them to eat certain foods, or eat less of other foods, or force them to excercise, or force them to ...

It is un-American. If people want to live a lifestyle that makes them fat that is their right.

All we can do is inform them of the dangers and downsides to this type of lifestyle, and show them the benefits of living a healthy life. Even then, there will still be people who will continue to be unhealthy in spite of all the downsides.

Just look at smoking cigarettes. We spend all of this time and effort to educate people about smoking cigarettes, and there are still those who do it (Im not talking about those who are addicted and cant quit). We can ban it in places where it harms other people, like smoking in the non-smoking section of restaurants, near store entry-ways, inside retail stores, etc. But we cant stop some one from hurting them self without violating their rights.
