Re: Net Neutrality
It should said that I am not militant on my stance here. I happen to have more than one isp available (fios is coming). I know you get put into a box if you don't have one.
I just forsee backlash and backdoors (In the form of proxy traffic).
Devils advocating is the function of my response.
Changing gears, it was posted that obama supports net neutrality. What if any steps has he taken to protect it?
Does he really support it through action, or just the power to the people feel of the stance.

Re: Net Neutrality
Wow, Internet run the same way that my cable service is run..... No thanks..... If this ever happens, think of the outcome...... People will be outraged.
I for one am not gonna stand around and wait for this to happen. Cable T.V. sucks as it is, I rarely watch it, yet spend 70+ $ a month on it. Think about how this would effect online gaming, the TTP community, your Buddy's website. I'm so fucking sick of being told what to watch, what to wear, whats the truth, even what to think. Screw it, I'm now $78.92 dollars richer a month. Canceled my subscription to comcast cable T.V.
The future is what we have right here. A fucking forum with a bunch of people from all over the world..... That made a decision to come here, made the decision to belong, and made a decision on what to think, feel, say, and do.
Cable T.V's time has ended. Corporations are feeling the sting... So they decide to go after our freedom, the Internet. Not, on my watch... The games have just begun.
Thanks Steve, for lighting a fire.

It is the big issues that need dealing with. You cannot lead by example if there was no example to follow. Let's just make sure TTP doesn't go anywhere. I'm sure everyone can agree with that.

I obviously dont advocate dropping your reserve slot, but I am asking you to think about it and apply it to something that you know.
