headset shopping

My headset finally gave out on friday. The mic is still working, but it's a hassle to use. Anyone have any suggestions on what should replace my old headset? I have an infinite price range so any ideas will be accepted.

I have a 40$ plantronics headset from amazon.com and it's amazing. Great 5.1 sound and an awesome mic.

i've got a $20 plantronics. works great. i almost went with a logitech, because i'm generally a fan of their products, but there was absolutely no specs on it whatsoever, it was about $1 more (oooh, big shit, i know), but it had a lot of extra fluff, like interchangeable color plates. i don't like paying for fluff.

so, yeah, i'd go with a plantronics.

also what i have, not bad
i thought it was fucked up for a while but it works just fine...
only thing is TexasJr chewed up the cotton part of the microphone
i go and take a piss and hes talkin on ventrillo eating it

I had a similar post at one time and someone recommended the Plantronics DSP 500 and that is what I got. I would highly recommend them.
