In all honesty, though, If something simple from 1969 still gives me goosebumps after a few hundred listens, then it beats most other guitar work out in my books.

Its not about how fast you can play....its about technique.....

The technique you use while you play in my opinion determines difficulty.....memorizing scales is not hard....and running them up and down is not hard....but you when ad a technique of chickin pickin, finger picking, bends, harmonics etc....thats when the difficulty level goes up....
