it's sold to civilans for divers and such.

It mentions that it will not only kill a predator, but they will instantly rise to the surface, and actually won't really bleed until they do...because the wound is frozen.

that way, their blood will attract other predators AWAY from you...

pretty BAMF if you ask me....

Lulz so instead of carrying guns around in the UK they carry around knives that shoot freezing gas into people.

I think Knives are more discrete and harder to catch.

Guns can be dangerous also, should we not be able to buy them either?
