I can't believe you are trying to justify thier blantant theft.
Maybe it was just operator error; perhaps they used the same calibration tools on a great number of pumps, and the tools themselves were off. You don't know, but are still willing to make that enormous logical leap from an innocent mistake into malice aforethought without even questioning why.
IF all your thoritical BS numbers are accurate (Which noone will agreee they are but hey for this argument lets clam they are)
426 * 322.56 = $137,410.56 per day in theft
The 80 IQ moron behind thier counter can see that is more than most bank robbers steal on a good day, and they were doing it every day for god knows how long.

I'm really not trying to be an ass here, draco, believe me...but c'mon.
Do you honestly believe this was an error? At all those stations, at all those pumps?
Sure, the company might try and claim that, and fire people, but I don't believe that...not for a second.
