Thread: Steam Servers are currently to busy...

Aight so i tried playing css Sunday, got a bsod while launching css w/e. Reboot, try and relaunch css and get a error saying that my css install is corrupt and i have to redownload css local game files (the stupid gb gcf) so i force close the window and it still deletes the game file anyways. I go to restore the file from a steam created backup and get

"Steam servers are currently to busy to handle your request. Please try again in a few minutes".... Steam servers are to busy to restore a backup? On my computer? Something that should be able to do offline? .... ... .............................................

So i try all day Monday, and now its Tuesday and all i get are:

I HAVE TRIED IN A FEW MINUTES YOU USELESS PIECE OF !@#$

yea steams being a ***** right now, try having it forget your password (which the pw you wrote down happens to be on your other computer) try to change it but i've been waiting to get 3 e-mails from them for hours, and i know i got the right e-mail as i even tried a retrieve user name using my contact e-mail and i had the right one.

a couple days later but it looks like the servers got fixed later that night.
