Thread: Steam randomly erases your favorites

god damn it, so obnoxious

I had that problem on my old computer it wouldnt store favorites or history. I had to look up the server every time. I believe that the ips are stored in a file under steam then serversor something, not sure. You could save your favorites then find that file and make it read only.

i've had that happen once, mine also likes to add random servers now and then.

might have something to do with the status of their servers or something. Or it could be that some of TTP's servers are down for a reboot or something and just are not showing up on your list....Ive had that problem before.
