Yeah you will never play it because you don't have a Korean social security number. That's right! YOU CAN'T MAKE AN ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT KOREAN!
And it is not the first time it has happened. Ragnarok Online II is the same way.

It just really gets my goat when people make games, but they don't make them for everyone. :5

Oh yeah, they OWN THE MATERIAL...and can do whatever they want...
That and they are probably trying to follow copyright laws between diff countries...

I mean, the Microsoft games that like, HAVE to connect to the internet...what if you can't load that page in another country?
