    I love my Nostromo.
I have the older N50 version, but the N52 should be great as well.

When I used to use the keyboard, I was arrow keys all the way.
    Sleep, eat, conquer, meditate, repeat.

I own that mouse and I simply love it, makes PVP in WoW a dream, and I can adjust sensitivity when I need to. I personally havn't bound anything for FPS' and don't think I will.

I also own the Nostromo, however its retired for the most part in games, I only use it for click macros to use in flash games on newgrounds where I can't maintain my uber click pace for minutes on end :5.

WASD= the true gamer's key layout :P(though to each his own)

As for WASD vs Arrow keys, I used the arrow keys for a long time, but it looked awkward and kind of felt weird too having my hands that close together since my mouse was real close or right next to it. Once I started using WASD, I just felt more comfortable and it seemed more natural since there are many more keys nearby that felt easier to reach and more natural overall.
So for the most part W is an alt way to move forward or unbound because my mouse2 is my move forward key. For the most part, though I guess you could call it the standard WASD setup/layout. Just makes typing easier as well when I need to I say.
