I have many favourites, but these are on my mind the most right now

Innis & Gunn oak-aged beer is like no other.

Our pioneering production process is unique to us, a world first.

In fact, it was discovered by accident!

Using oak to age beer is unheard of. But, the flavours imparted by the oak barrels (previously used to mature bourbon) lend an incredible depth of
taste. Think vanilla, toffee and orange aromas, with a malty,
lightly oaked palate; soothing and warm in the finish.

There is nothing like this among mass produced beers.
Try it and see for yourself...

If you come up to western Canada try something from the Nelson brewery, where everything is organic!

Liplock Summer Wheat Ale is a seasonal beer, available from May 1st until the end of September.

This unfiltered pale gold hefeweizen style beer balances taste and texture with just the right combination of malted barley and organic wheat, creating a tasty light ale that refreshes the palate on those warm sunny summer days.

Originally brewed to celebrate summer 2004 at Mike´s Place Pub in Nelson BC and the Kaslo Jazz Festival, Liplock became so popular that we just had to make it available for everyone in BC and Alberta to enjoy.

Liplock tastes best served ice cold with a wedge of fresh lemon to add a thirst quenching tang.

Blackheart Oatmeal Stout is a heavenly marriage of an Irish–style dry stout with an Oatmeal stout. By complimenting the roasted organic barley accents of a dry stout with rich and silky finish that only oatmeal can provide.

This amazing black beauty can be enjoyed even more by drizzling a fresh shot of organic espresso into the pint, known locally as the true Kootenay breakfast drink.
