Yeah seriously, I run 6 to 8 miles 4 times a week, lift (upper & lower) 3 times a week, swim 2 miles 3 times a week, karate for 1.5 hours 5 days a week, and bike ~60 miles once per week. I weigh 220 and have a ~9% body fat, I only consume 3000 calories a day or so...

12000 is NUTZ!

This was amazing. To get all 8 he had to have every thing in sync. Not just with him, but his team. I can't see this ever happening again in my lifetime. Truly amazing.

Anyway, I also did alot of swimming back in the day, I'm good on a trampoline so it was mostly jumps from the planks or what you call 'em.
