Yeah seriously, I run 6 to 8 miles 4 times a week, lift (upper & lower) 3 times a week, swim 2 miles 3 times a week, karate for 1.5 hours 5 days a week, and bike ~60 miles once per week. I weigh 220 and have a ~9% body fat, I only consume 3000 calories a day or so...
12000 is NUTZ!

I believe it's the new Speedo suit that makes the difference on some occasions.
But that man can really swim.
