Re: Governor Sarah Palin's Speech
I feel like I'm knocking my head against a wall.. :8
Sarah Palin went against her OWN PARTY... The REPUBLICANS... to fight corruption. SHE has PROVEN that she is here for a CHANGE. PROVEN TRACK HISTORY! Went against big oil giants. Went against BIG politicians... And cleaned HOUSE!
Do you not know that our own State's Senator, who is 84, and long term, was indited on federal charges?? A republican...
Quite frankly she had the balls to do what the Democrats should have done. And Didn't... So who is looking out for my best interest??
Read what you want from the media... Gee I just live in her hometown, homestate... and see it first hand.. BUT.... Don't take my word for it.

Are you referring to Ted Stevens? He's a US Senator, not a State Senator.
If you look back to my original post, you'll see I in fact do know who he is. And she didn't have any problem taking the money he earmarked for her.
If you ask me, she's not fighting corruption, she's fighting her own sanity!

Boohoo, cry a river. Someone has a nickname and they like the song so they use it. Boohoo.
Yeah, might have been inappropriate to use the song in a public event but give me a freaking break. People use songs like this all the time when at school events or small functions. It does not mean that it is right, but it seems a bit, oh, I don't know, stupid to whine about it.
I am surprised that they don't have someone applying for the permission to use these songs. Even my church does that.
