LOL. That's like, "I'm the Captain of this ship because my wife said I can be!"

Not a bad way to spend a Saturday

Re: Not a bad way to spend a Saturday

Nice catch guys, I fish an oldie but goodie, 1974 17.9 Mako CC, total refurb, repower, gelcoat, etc etc. Baby runs flats and busts chop too. Had in about 1ft of water all the way to 80ft of deep blue. With these early models, they made'm right, unsinkable, just like the Boston Whalers, and the Grady Whites. If any of you guys are near the Houston area give me a shout, we go fishing 4-6 times every month, follow the Solunar feed charts, fish at night with the lights and generator, wade, drift, inshore/offshore you name it. One thing I can promise, your arm will be sore the next day, and you'll actually get tired from catching fish lol.

    FISH ON!!

ps.. If you live near or fish any of the Texas Coastal waters then there is mag you need to check out. For all those not already reading it, Texas Saltwater Fishing Magazine

    http://texassaltwaterfishingmagazine.com/

It's worth every penny, not only will it increase your stringer's on good days, it will make all your trips more productive when you add a bit of science to the art of fishing. They have a dual subscription online/paperback for like $38, can't beat it with a *Ugly Stick* lol
