I guess my response to you poop would be if you lived in a country where you had virtually no rights, where even if you wanted to revolt your only weapons would be sticks and rocks versus an actual military, where you saw 10s or maybe even 100s of thousands of your fellow citizens murdered for nothing more than their race or religion, and where you worried that you might be next would you sit by and say, "we can handle this," or would you hope and/or pray every day and night that someone, anyone would come and help?
As for the WMDs I don't have any concrete answers, and neither does anyone else. We can speculate that they had them, had the stuff to make them, moved them, destroyed them, or any other theory people have. People may not believe it, but go back to early 2001, and if I told you a bunch of guys were going to hijack 4 planes and crash them into buildings you wouldn't have believed that either. The bottom line is Saddam had an agreement with the UN that he would do A, B, and C, and he did none of them,, so the UN should have nutted up and called for action, but they were too chicken S, so we did what they should have.

Hence, we can't turtle up over here and "hope" nothing happens.

My family owns a production machine shop. Everytime an endmill or an insert is ordered in the Carbide form which is the most efficient material for production machining, it says "made in Israel" on the box or tube. I have NEVER seen any other countries name on it. Sure, all countries have businesses involved in the manufacturing process but most people use tool steel or cold rolled steel.

I didn't know what the answer would be so I didn't ask it. But what the heck. Let's see if anything interesting falls out.
