My New Mouse

Mouse and keyboard make a huge difference. I think the Logitech mice are more comfortable than the razor (at least for right handed peeps). Microsoft just plain blows. When I got my new mouse, there was an extremely noticable improvement in my gaming.

Moo, how on God's green earth can you play with a track ball?

Mice - Faster response time, better tracking, more accurate aiming, ergonomics - less cramping, Functionality - buttons (mine has 5 buttons w/scrolling wheel)

Keyboards - Functionality - shortcut keys, scrolling wheel, soft and quiet keys, ergonomics - less cramping.

Headphones - Good mic (doesn't sound like it is covered with a sock), better sound quality and doesn't wake the house, comfort, surround sound (if you spend the money).

BTW, look on the bottom of that compaq mouse. I bet it was made by logitech.

And an overall answer would be, because they make us better gamers. If you want to play big, you have to pay big.
