Judging by your blood pressure, I would say that support might not be the right line of work for you. I learned a while back that most of the trouble tickets I get are going to require more questions to people that arent as computer savvy as me, so instead of looking at it as a negative, turn it into a quick laugh. You just have to expect this type of crap in support.

Native? In this day in age unless an image is flattened for production it should always be the native file.
