Harry Potter - The Tales of Beedle the Bard
J.K. Rowling's newest installment in the universe of Harry Potter. It will contain five fairy tales illustrated by the Bard. I pre-ordered a copy from Amazon. It's only 128 pages, but I expect it too be great. Anyone other Potter freaks plan on getting it? Will hit the shelves December 4th.

This one's going to get a big, resounding 'meh' from me.
Don't get me wrong, I grabbed all the potter books and read them, had them the first weekend they were out and all that, but they won't stick. They are only good because they're huge. The first few books were good because they drew you in. Right around Goblet of Fire, they fell off. Simply because Rowling wasn't 'hongry.'
Starving artists make the best stuff. I lost faith at Goblet and it's 150+ pages of 'oh shit, I took two years to write this one, I better make it look like I spent time on it' fluff, and nothing after that made me want to stick around.
