Technically the US is a multiparty system as well, just the rep's and dem's are the two dominant parties, and its a waste of time and money to run for pres if you are a third party.

If it was up to me, we wouldn't have political parties.

I voted Liberal, but it doesn't really matter when the autoworkers union puts their support behind the NDP. Frankly, I hope the Liberals get rid of Dion, the guy is a total douche and should never be a leader of anything. Has no leadership quality's at all, and his only skill is how much better he can whine. Makes Harper look good...

You know....I heard a rumor going around that the U.N. is cooking up some kind of thing where North America, instead of being a continent, will be a country with one leader. And same for Europe and so on and so forth. And even though there will be a leader for every country the U.N. is going to have some kind of leader over them all.

Idk...that "isn't canada a state" thing made me remember it. But I think it's just one of those "end of the world" people trying to start shit.

i hate how our electoral system works. but yeah, i would vote for liberals if they get Justin Trudeau up in there...He is needed to change the tide for the liberals. Either that or a major crisis which would put the blame on the conservatives.
