There was an Unwrapped episode on Food Network where they went behind the scenes of several FN shows. It was cool to see how they plan and organize everything on Iron Chef America. The contestants don't find out what the ingredient is until about 10-15 minutes before they start taping.

Food Network is the bomb...i watch that mostly whenever i get to watch TV. Usually it's a battle between Barbie Fairytopia and Wiggles Magical Adventure..
Guy Fieri is one cool MFer...not too keen on most of the newer shows. The Neely's are pretty cool, i've actually eaten at their restaurant in Memphis...AWESOME...cool as hell people too.
Alton is downright hilarious. Iron Chef America though...i've never really been able to get into it, i guess cause it's parent show, Iron Chef, is sooooo much better.

Watch his show on Jerky, worth it to any hunter who likes their meat in that format.
