Good Eats is a great show.... Lots of useful/useless information that he has on the food he is doing.

There was an Unwrapped episode on Food Network where they went behind the scenes of several FN shows. It was cool to see how they plan and organize everything on Iron Chef America. The contestants don't find out what the ingredient is until about 10-15 minutes before they start taping.

Food Network is the bomb...i watch that mostly whenever i get to watch TV. Usually it's a battle between Barbie Fairytopia and Wiggles Magical Adventure..

Guy Fieri is one cool MFer...not too keen on most of the newer shows. The Neely's are pretty cool, i've actually eaten at their restaurant in Memphis...AWESOME...cool as hell people too.

Alton is downright hilarious. Iron Chef America though...i've never really been able to get into it, i guess cause it's parent show, Iron Chef, is sooooo much better.

HAHA I give you 10 style points for spelling it right! Although my time is coming, right now in our house it's either Thomas the Train or Mickey Mouse.

Welcome to our neck of the woods! I would highly recommend eating there.

    **Edited for reading ease.

HAHA..i'm down with all the "little chick" flicks..Mariposa, etc...

I've been in Memphis quite a bit...errr..well really TN as a whole..used to paddle at Rock Island quite a bit. Memphis for the music and cool ass city and Rock Island for the outdoor crazy water fun.

Iron Chef, America is good but it lack's the personality of the Japanese version.

The dubbing and voice-overs - like, when the cutsie Japanese actress would talk - and giggle, lol.
Top Chef is just awesome. I've saw every episode. Can't wait for the new season!

    +1

I actually think this is one of the best shows on television right now. The show wraps the intelligence of Jeopardy around comedy that turns out to make you both more informed and entertained at the same time. I have tried many of his recipes and love that he makes the 'name brand' items in his own kitchen that are both more tasty and less expensive.

Watch his show on Jerky, worth it to any hunter who likes their meat in that format.
