Re: Iron Chef America
My favorite foodie show is Top Chef on Bravo. Top Chef, the original, is a good one also.
Iron Chef, America is good but it lack's the personality of the Japanese version.
The dubbing and voice-overs - like, when the cutsie Japanese actress would talk - and giggle, lol.

Re: Iron Chef America
The only channel me and the Mrs. watch is food network, so I've seen every Iron chef America episode there is. My favorite was the Bacon battle, mmmmmmm....sooooo much baconz! Alton Brown is the perfect host for that show too cuz that guy's hilarious. His show "good eats" is our other favorite show. What bugs me the most is that Emril's live show has become the biggest trend on network TV. His audiences are sooo fuckin annoying, everytime he says, garlic, or pulls out a bottle of bourbon , the crowd always goes "WWWEEEEEWWWW!" ...GOD its so old.
im gonna have to agree with clint on the japanese iron chef is better than america. More genuine feel to it and the chairman isnt some weirdo speed addict like the one on ICA. The american chariman is just flat out strange....REALLLLL strange

i loved watching Iron Chef, never liked Iron Chef America, esp when they started letting the contestants pick who they would fight ugh :3. I also like to watch the Food network Challenges, i think did a chili one once that was awesome. And the time on the Food Network they went to the like hot sauce show.
