That's an interesting way of looking at it as far as the judge and the death penalty go. I've never thought about it that way. I just frankly don't give a rat's ass about what kind of pain the convict feels during his execution. He or she should have thought about that before they did whatever they did. For those who are concerned about the "pain" that they feel during execution, I don't understand why we can't just shoot them in the head with something big, like a 120mm cannon. That way you know they don't feel anything because their whole brain is obliterated instantly.
