    ...and oversleep.

    Planned on napping for like an hour or two and I fell asleep for freakin' seven hours. I'm going to be awake all night now!

    Exact same thing happened to me today. Planned to take a nap before dinner. I wake up at 11 p.m. Bleh at least I don't have anywhere to go until 3 p.m. tomorrow.

    nap in 1.5 hour segments...that's how long it takes for your body to go through the full 5 stage sleep cycle, including REM...

    by doing this, you'll wake up as refreshed as possible.
