Video camera.

Hey guys, this Monday I'm gonna take a camera up when i go fly solo, but what i wanted to know is if anyone is good with audio type stuff, i want to plug my camera into the intercom so i can record everything being said.

My camera:

Sony Handycam Digital 8 or w/e

The intercom jack is as big as a normal guitar/bass amp jack, anyone know what type of cord I'd need to plug from the camera to the intercom to record audio?

They make adaptors to go from big plug to little plug. (1/4 to 1/8 inch adaptors I think)

I'm looking at the camera now, and there is only one headphone type plug (Ipod earbud size), so i plugged a mic in that hole and it didn't record from the mic, so i think I'm outta luck
