    That one was painful. But I think those mistakes were a bit more forgivable than telling your audience they're a bunch of racists.

    A slip of the tongue is a slip of the tongue. I dont hold any malice toward McCain or Obama for when they flub in a speech.

    It can happen to the best of us.

    Then again, I have a different perspective...I give speeches all the time, presentations, oral defenses of our work, sales pitches, etc.

    That's a lonely feeling when you say the wrong thing at the wrong time because your brain gets kerfuffled.
