By the way, just wondering before I go to visit family for the holidays over in Houston, how is the fishing out of Galveston this time of year? I assume not very well.

Fall/winter/spring fishing is at it's best in the Galveston Bay Complex. West Bay and SLP are awesome right now, big momma trout, and bull reds running. Check out the reefs in East Bay for great winter Spec fishing. Hurricane Ike destroyed lots of the places to launch from, but in East Bay Thompson's and Crawley's are back up and running. For the SLP area, roads and most all bait houses/boat launches are still down, there are a couple though, if you need any info before/during your holiday visit, just pm me.

alright so we got a blizzard going on right now, got some pics of it during the night, will post later, but yeah you guys dont know what its truly like to have snow till you lived up here.

Sometimes I wish it snowed here. But then again I love having it be 60-70 and still be winter.
