Hello from the sand box!!!!!!!
Hello friends!
It has been some time from the last time I made a post and I was reluctant to even post any update but I was strongly encouraged by a few people while talking on X-fire and I figured what the hell. Either people will read it and leave a comment and or question or they will ignore it and move on. Either way it makes no difference to me. I'm not one that seeks attention or one that trys to jump in the street to stick out like that. SO that is why I just haven't done it as of yet. Fell free to ask me any question you wish but please understand that there may be some questions that I will not be able to answer. I will not just ignore you but I will give you the courtesy of letting you know that I can not answer it. But none the less here are a few pictures of me and what I've been doing.

This photo was taken while I was preparing for a patrol from one base to the other. The weapon is the M249 SAW. I carry a M4 with an ACOG but we were playing around and I was holding this for a friend while he was doing some other things when this picture was taken. Nothing special except that I wish we had the MRAPS (the truck in the picture) in BF2. Man they can take a beating and still keep rolling!

Just another picture of the MRAP.

Just a sunset from Iraq, nothing to special.

Pictures of us while at the range prior to heading in to IRAQ.

One of my friends on one of the roofs, that is one of our communications towers as well.

Can you say, dust storm...

This is one of the older trucks (yes its the same as transformers...) Its used to assist in route clearance procedures.
O and here is one for you, so you say your hungry. How about we go to... Ummmmmm.... Whats it called?

So there are a few of my pictures I have taken. I have ALOT more but it is VERY slow for me to upload them so it is a pain but I wanted to keep my friends updated here.
I'm also anticipating some questions from some of the individuals here and all though some might not ask it out of respect, I'll go ahead and broach the subject. There have been a few patrols that I went out on that got a bit harry, I have had a few of my members of my unit be injured, but they will be ok. There have been some close calls but thats also to be expected, after wall it is war. I my self have had a few close calls and what not but I haven't had to fire my weapon yet...

Re: Hello from the sand box!!!!!!!
Yea, gov't filters arent letting me see the pictures either. What FOB are you at, and is this your first trip over there? Ive been there twice (03 and this year), and will likely be going again this summer some time. Fortunately I only go for about a month to get our aircraft and the incoming units on the same sheet of music, green suiters get boned.
MRAPS are awesome, I got to see those up close for the first time during my last trip. But nothing beats flying, go get a reclass and switch to aviation. That ground pounding stuff is dangerous

Now as far as who i miss the most. Civil or Bell, that is a tough one. On one hand i have a very skilled player. And on the other hand I have our very own PHX BullDog, who use to be a DevilDog....

Wild, I hope all is good, well as good as it can be with sand in your ass. Thank you for your service, and don't try to be the hero forest if it gets sticky just run forest, run.
But seriously, stay safe. Does communications mean you talk with the locals or U.S. chatter?
