Actually, I need to stop putting all my shoulder and arm weight on my wrist when using the mouse. Not very good for it.

I dont know how how you can hurt your rist using a mouse but..

I actually fucked my wrist up pretty bad playing wii, I couldnt move it for like a week

Carpal Tunnel is a serious malady, and you should take steps to reduce the pain. A wrist support, change your seat height. And on the odd chance it's not due to playing games, check for strange orange stains in places that are easy to reach while eating Cheesy Poofs and watching porn, then stop doing that before you go blind.
