This was Spin Magazine's #1 Album of the Year and for good reason. If you haven't picked it up, I highly recommend it. Of all of the albums I listened to last year (mind you several hundred), this was the best.

Hmm, I really liked their first two... haven't got around to this one yet.
I think my favorite album from last year might have been Bon Iver's For Emma, Forever Ago. Of course, I didn't even find out about that band until I read the Onion AV Club's year end list, so I've only been listening to it for a few weeks.

I've been a fan for a few years now,Rice radio gives em pretty good air time.This is one of my favs along with wolf like me of course :6

EDIT As a side note I'm sure you know Blackalicious,He has some smooth tunes I really like Black Diamonds and Pearls and also Deception.But he might be too old school for ya
