Careful with the energy drinks. Peope are dying from that shit. Been a few kids in my area die from them. Typical case is where the person is a type 2 diabetic and not aware of it. 3 or 4 energy drinks later and they are in diabetic coma.

Shit... I down Monster Energy Drinks like they are going outta style. I could seriously down about 2-4 a day, just depends what I have going on.

Kindey stones, gout and another side effect I cant remember. I would never try to tell people to stay away from them but would remind people about moderation. If you know someone with a blood flucose meter check your blood sugar 30 minutes after drinking one. It could scare the shit out of you.
