Thread: People use the excuse "Im in CAL"

these guys come in the cod4/5 games and cry about tubes and psh's an such.

just makes me pwn them more with weapons they cry about.

weve had groups of cal/twl people come and try and pwn the server only to leave saying "my hits dont registers here" and "you guys are noobs with tubes"

in the end im glad there are leagues for people to game in. but it dont give leet BS and cry about things your not accustomed to gaming with. if anyting these players mgiht find and advantage in learn to deal with such threats.

CAL is fun and frustrating at the same time...We did one season..im still the same player..I didnt get any super skill from it...

That's the fuckin' truth. CAL is so much fun because of how competitive it is, and generally, I prefer 5v5 scrims to pugs, but TTP is teh next best thing. The thing is, if you think you've seen good players at TTP, there ARE some beast teams in CAL. Teams that are like, you get one shot, if you miss, you're dead. There's also really talented teams that work so well as a unit...they'll use one guy to get your attention for a split second and then another will pop out where he would usually be targeted and BOOM HEADSHOT.

I have to say, you don't gain skill accuracy wise in CAL, but you definitely become a SMARTER player.
