this guy came into my chat not 5 minutes ago and said

-what is the problem?
-its not working.
-which program do you have that is not working?
-the 09
-Which one
-I dont have time for this email me

so I guess from that I automatically know
1. his problem
2. which 2009 program he has installed
3. his email address


usually when this happens in my head real fast i think of a real world situation and the stupid people acting it out

in this case the first thing that hit me was a guy going to the dealer and telling them his 09 car isnt working and to fix it, then he walks away
