Blink182 + some Brass?? Punk Ska anyone?!
No...that'd be bad Blink is dead, should stay dead.
But if you want some good music check out the Ska scene (mind you it isn't all amazing) it is more often than not upbeat and fun. Yeah some things are a bit immature, Reel Big Fish's "She has a girl friend now". But others like Mighty mighty Bosstones "Someday" are great.

On topic, the best Blink 182 album was Cheshire Cat, their first one from before they went big. I listened to that one a lot when I was like 15.
