Internet Service provider

Hey guys, I've been without an internet connection since my move into a new home in the Dallas area. Our old service provider (AT&T) was supposed to reissue the order (different address = different account number) at the new address and ended up screwing us over by inputing the incorrect address. After we fixed that issue, they continued to be unhelpful because every time you call them, they don't know your current status. You can't EVER get ahold of the original guy you spoke to. They have absolutely no pass down of information.

Anyways, since I'm in the Dallas area, my only other option is time warner right? I've heard bad things, let me know what yall think or let me know of other options.

At my old house I had Charter cable, and now I have AT&T. Both suck as in terms of customer service, but as far as actual service goes I preferred the cable. Not sure about TW though.

hmm, never heard of charter. I think my girl went ahead and signed us up for TW. She told me that our old at&t internet we had was 1.5 mpbs

TW now = 7 mpbs

so once I'm hooked up, WATCHOUT!!!
