    Re: Kindle 2

Reading any kind of story on a computer sucks monkey balls.

I think I'm softening my wife up to letting me have one.

The only problem would be to actually to convience here that I need to buy all the books I already own in physical form for the kindle.

I love the smell of books.

    And books don't need batteries.

Sure its a pad from star trek - but even Picard reads books!

I do too. But This will save my money in the long run and space.

Nothing will ever replace a good solid book. Because batteries die. Companies go out of business. The world ends. A solid book will always be around.

Unless the world gets taken over by a bunch of socialist pigs and does book burning.
