Re: Amp for sale
That review is pretty much bang on IMO, and I'm pretty much a tube/vintage nazi.
The clean tone of good tube fenders is one of my absolute favourites, and twins do retain that quality at pretty high volume. I've always liked fender reverb units, as well. I wouldn't really recommend it if you're looking for something to play punk or metal through, but aside from that, it's luscious!
I also don't consider Twins to be small, as I lugged one around to various gigs for a while. They're on the heavy side.
FYI, consultant, this is a re-issue (RI), meaning it's based on the '65 model. It does have some updated parts.

Wait, is it silver face?
<3 Twin Verbs... was one of the first guitar amps I ever used. GREAT FUCKEN AMP. 900 is a good deal too for a nice twin verb.
It is too clean for my taste, but not everyone has a blonde fender bassman. I just wish I could play guitar well enough to make it sound as it should.
