I think the little girl would beg to differ.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cl67FmVRjYs shows the hallway everyone has been asking for, sounds like a somewhat attitude problem. but still

Re: Deputy beats down 15 year old
A tree falls in the woods. If no one is there does it make a sound?
This has nothing to do with situational ethics. A fucking cop took a 15 year old girl and smashed her fucking face in the wall and then threw her to the ground while his buddy assisted. I don't give two flying shits what she said or did short of maybe killing his daughter that makes this justified. I'm telling you now. I have a 13 year old daughter and if somebody did that to her he'd better move to the moon cause I'm coming for him.
And to answer your question, I took a test for a job one time that asked stupid questions just like that one. Is it okay to steal? I answered yes. Hypothetically, if I was starving and my baby was starving and I couldn't get a job cause I only had one arm and communists ruled our country and I found out that God wasn't real, blah, blah... Yes, I would steal. Does that mean I would be a bad employee? By the way, my first question has nothing to do with situational ethics, it's just an example of an irrelevant question.
