From what I've gathered from coworkers who saw the news, the girl and a friend were "borrowing the car without permission" and he was harassing them about it the whole way back to the station and a lotta other shenanigans.

As far as the case in point is concerned...the beatdown in the cell and the flying off the handle were not called for.

If you have to use that much force, because you felt threatened in a police station with the suspect(innocent until proven guilty) already in the cell. Wow you must be a pussy to think that girl is getting out of hand. I have seen suspects(grown men) that were pepper sprayed after running from the cops and brawling it out not get roughed up that bad.

We don't know what she did to get put in jail, and from what you can tell she has a serious attitude problem. What he did was wrong, I could see maybe tossing her to the ground and cuffing her followed by taking her away for a "Assault on an Officer" charge. But throwing her like a Rag doll and looking for Teeth/Blood after beating the hell out of her is overboard.

I can promise you this, She sure as hell won't have an attitude problem with the police after this and he won't have a job.
