Thanks for the link jakt. After reading the article it only goes to strengthen my opinions about this case.

I won't even respect the man enough to call him an officer anymore.

This has nothing to do with situational ethics. A fucking cop took a 15 year old girl and smashed her fucking face in the wall and then threw her to the ground while his buddy assisted. I don't give two flying shits what she said or did short of maybe killing his daughter that makes this justified. I'm telling you now. I have a 13 year old daughter and if somebody did that to her he'd better move to the moon cause I'm coming for him.

And to answer your question, I took a test for a job one time that asked stupid questions just like that one. Is it okay to steal? I answered yes. Hypothetically, if I was starving and my baby was starving and I couldn't get a job cause I only had one arm and communists ruled our country and I found out that God wasn't real, blah, blah... Yes, I would steal. Does that mean I would be a bad employee? By the way, my first question has nothing to do with situational ethics, it's just an example of an irrelevant question.
it involves situation ethics because i'm trying to make a point that some of the post here used situational ethics to say that if it was a older guy, it would be okay. Or if she killed/tried to kill someone it is okay etc etc.

It doesn't make a difference who it was or what they did, its battery on an unarmed person and no matter who or at sex or age they likely would be defensless so why does it matter what they did prior to the incident? or if they are a girl or not? or how old they are?

Law is suppose to be fair, in that it applies the same to everyone, but it seems people have gone to believing, "well its okay to beat the crap out of a suspect sometimes"

Sometimes. Depends on situation that I believe in.
