Maybe in Canada.

US criminal law states the reasonable force must be used. If the courts rule the it was unreasonable then they can be charged.

From what I heard he was already being investigated for inappropriate use of lethal force against a person he pulled over (the officer killed that guy). I think the officer is done for and going to jail. (at least my hopes)

You also have to think, what can a 15yr old girl to do a trained law enforcement officer? Not a damn thing.

I hope that officer gets charged and goes to jail, he deserves it after that.

She prob has some nasty bruises, cuts, and maybe broken nose for the cop slamming her face into the wall. I think the anything can be done to detain thing is reasonable to a certain point.
