Absinthe, from what everyone tells me, tastes like shit no matter how you drink it, even over the sugar cube.

Fuck drinking something that tastes like shit just for the taste. Might as well spoon some fecal matter over a sugar cube, and say you're doing it for the taste.

I happen to like Laphroaig, which was only allowed in the US during Prohibition since it tasted too medicinal. So, who knows?
