Re: An eye opener Scrum's venture
Awesome site. Love the tunes, they are addictive.
Here are just a few things to note and fix:
-"Assesment" should be spelled "assessment" under "Clients"->"Growing Business"
- "Consuling" should be spelled "consulting" under "Clients"->"Growing Business"
-"Assesment" should be spelled "assessment" under "Clients"->"Residential to Business"
-"Testmonials" should be spelled "testimonials" in the heading under "Clients"->"Referrals and Testmonials"
-"Orgainzations" should be spelled "organizations" under "Our Portfolio"
-"Glimpose" should be spelled "glimpse" under "Our Portfolio"->"That is where we fit in"
-"Her" should be spelled "here" under the "See Our Client Testimonials" tab

Re: An eye opener Scrum's venture
Thank you Asianator - yeah I figured there would be a few mis-types. I appreciate you taking the time to look through all of it. That's awesome.
For those asking - The name Blue Dot is in reference to the great Carl Sagan.
If you youtube "pale blue dot" you can watch his short video. It's basically a philosphy I try to live by. It's an amazing video and towards the end of it he states:
"It has been said that astronomy is a humbling and character-building experience. There is perhaps no better demonstration of the folly of human conceits than this distant image of our tiny world. To me, it underscores our responsibility to deal more kindly with one another, and to preserve and cherish the pale blue dot, the only home we've ever known."
Ever sinced I watched it, it's help underscore what's important in life and what's not. Basically not to sweat the small stuff and try to enjoy this world for the short time we are here. It's great because when you're in the business world and some d-bag is freaking out over non-sense it gives you perspective.
To Panic - Business is slow right now since I just started so I am trying my best to get it up and running. My challenge, like most, will be marketing and gaining clients in the begining.
Thank you all for the kind words - it's very uplifting.

Re: An eye opener Scrum's venture
Scrum, I'm not sure about where you live, but around here there is something called the Chamber of Commerce, which is basically a group of business people who get together, share info, and support each other. I think you may have posted something similar, but just getting that information out there about your business supposedly helps out a lot.

Re: An eye opener Scrum's venture
Scrum.. First off.. The site is beautiful.. and the music is hypnotising me as I ty.......
what?
Oh.. so anyway...
In the Portfolio (Services), link 09 (Data Center Design), the second block of text:
"At Blue Dot We understand the importance of putting the right peices of equipment together to support your goals."
It may just be me, but that whole line is very blurry.
Also it should be ""At Blue Dot, we understand the importance of putting the right pieces of equipment together to support your goals."
ok.. back to hypnotising musi.....
