maybe, depends on how you interpret it since they decided not to be detailed in what qualifies and what doesn't (which to me, signifies they are idiots). Kind of like how being too general with the second amendment has created shitloads of debates.
Because, while i might feel it means a business (such as a corporation, etc). It could also be interpreted to mean a personal home as well since your house is a "facility owned or operated by a person located in any State that processes food or a facility that holds, stores, or transports food or food ingredients."

My non legal mind interprets that to mean cooking facilities, where food is prepared, or processed. ie killing a deer and butchering it yourself would be excluded. I did not see an exclusion for growing. But I could have missed it.
Anyhow I think these things are state matters and should be handled at the state level. Then again I am of the belief that we are individual states who should be governing ourselves instead of looking to the federal govt for all our direction.
