Mainly, because they're like the Steel Panther album I'm adding right now, which has on the back

The CD you are about to listen to contains parodies that feature foul language, adult content, satanic imagery and depictions of sexually deviant fantasies that may offend the religious right, the unreligious left, fat girls, skinny girls, metrosexuals, animal lovers, animal haters, hippies, skinheads, the current presidential administration and people with ears. The record label and its parent companies do not endorse or support the opinions of Steel Panther. They just think they f**king rock.

Hahaha, you gotta love it. Don't really like Steel Panther, but thats awesome.

On a second note though, who still buys CD's when you can download them?

i stilll buy metal CDs.

idk i just prefer to have a CD to listen to while im driving for when the radio gets bad

in fact i think i'm going to go pick one up tomorrow.

cant decide between the new lamb of god, cannibal corpse, or unearthed.

(the only bad thing about metal is when you tell someone the name of the band, like the first two above, and they just look at you like your some sort of devil worshipper... :3 )

Worst part...seriously. I would've gone for the unearthed one if I were you, thats the one I've heard the most good things about.

You should buy CDs because the sound is better than MP3s. You will (can?) hear things on the real album that you might not hear in the mp3...

Recently I've picked up the first two Arsis albums on CD, and I might start collecting all the Ayreon albums on CD too.

Well, I suppose I should have stated first that I buy vinyls when I can, they've got the best sound for if i'm sitting around at my house...but as for driving around or what not, I just have an Ipod jack. Not that I drive alot at college...but when I used to.
