Thread: Michigan Renfest = Freaking Awsome

This is back from the 1st of October. This place totally rocks. To bad I don't have my costume done. Right now it is still on paper, but chain mail rings are on order and I bought the material for my surcoat. I will have to post the drawing later when I find a scanner. People who like beer would love this place. They have all kinds of beers and even meade. You've got to drink the beer out of a drinking horn also.

This is a falconeer. Awsome show with his three hawks, and two falcons, and dog. They were swooping down so close they were almost grazing people's heads. The hawks hide in the trees, and I see why I wouldn't want to be a rabbit.





This dude looks pretty sweet in the Viking like costume.

My costume will look a little like this one, except I won't look like a big dufus. I'm going with handmade chainmaille, leather armor, and my kick ass design for the surcoat.

AHHHHH my eyes so many pairs of tights. Lol. My freind is really into the whole midevil fightihng stuff makes his own chain mail I dont have the patience for it.
